While writing this album, I dug deep into my past to try and piece together the many ways that generational grief led me to numb myself throughout my life. The revelations I found along the way were difficult, but necessary to face.

This music is my confession. It is a deeply honest account of what it feels like to lose time—and nearly lose yourself—to that grief. Writing these songs gave me permission to feel everything in the raw moments of clarity and begin to truly heal.

Like a sparrow in flight, unbound and free to glide on an ever-changing breeze, so too, finally, is this offering of mine.
